Senders Alumni Liam Brearley wins first X-Games Medal and it's Gold!

After his World Cup Slopestyle win in Laax, Liam Brearley got a last minute invite to the X-Games for Big Air and ended up getting a spot in the Knuckle Huck contest after some injured competitors withdrew. He proceeded to light up the landing with a wide variety of technical tricks on and off the knuckle and walking away with the win and an X-Games gold medal, at his first X-Games! Although he was not able to start in the Slopestyle as he remained on the alternates list, the footage that emerged of his practice runs, was at a level where he could have likely taken the win. Walking away with a Gold is an unreal result for your first X-Games and is testament to Liam's skills and tenacity.
